Dear Silver Streams Guest, since our activities are so popular, but with limited space, we kindly ask of you to book them well in advance, to avoid disappointment. These activities are booked on a first come first serve basis. Silver Streams Management cannot guarantee a secure space, if the booking is not placed in advance, and will not be held responsible for guests missing out on activities, due to the lack of not booking the activities in advance.
Should the required activities be fully booked, we will gladly place your name on a waiting list, and may be able to accommodate you, should there be a cancellation. Confirmation for spa treatments is required 24 hours in advance. Confirmation for the other activities is needed 12 hours in advance.
Please note that you will be charged in full for activities cancelled less than 6 hours in advance & Spa treatments less than 12 hours in advance or no show.
Guests should report to the reception 15 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time.
